My LET Story: Emelyn Saraza

emelyn-sarazaMyLET journey started when I took 18 units of CPE at MPC. Every time I have a class I have to run from our office to the gate of AFPMC where I work to be able to get a ride as fast as I can to catch up with a 5 pm class. Haggard to the highest level talaga ako.

After my CPE finding a review center is a must for me since I know I’m not that intelligent. I’m just an average student when I was at UPLB. Someone just told me that she passed the LET by reviewing at MindGym. I did not think twice immediately I searched the net to get the address of Mindgym. The next big question is how will I be able to enroll on a tight budget and with 4 children to think of.

At first I thought that I would only enroll for an online review or to buy a reviewer so when I talked to Mam Alice I told her about my financial problem. Mam Alice gave me the MindGym Warm-Up book  although I have no money to pay for it during that time. At that moment I saw her sincerity that she really wanted to help me. After a week I texted if I can still be included in one of the batches and that is Batch 3.

I spend all my waking hours reviewing and even at the office I bring all my review materials….never ending drills kahit san ako pumunta wala muna pasyal!

I have a target on what to finish per day using the mind maps in the Warm Up book. I tried to read more on the topics that I don’t know where the internet is most helpful. Time management is very important. I need to multi-task household chores so that I have more time left for review. Even Ferdie my hubby got used to sleeping at night with the lights on because I still read even in our bedroom.

Masaya kaya memorable ang review.…mapapasayaw at mapapakanta ka talaga kahit hindi ka marunong lalo na kung si Coach Albert ang nag lead 🙂

I gained friends during the review and it’s sad when review is over. I’m lucky to be surrounded by people who believed in me that I can pass the LET…even my boss kept on saying “kaya mo yan Ems always remember Law of Attraction”.

Hardwork, perseverance, determination, support of family & friends plus the endless coaching of Mindgym family paid off. Finally, what I dreamt of and prayed to God became a reality now I am a Professional Teacher! Many thanks to Mam Alice, Coach Albert, Coach Melanie and my Agriculture & Fishery Arts coaches Angie and Elmar, Mindgym staff and to all the other coaches and co-reviewees. Maraming Salamat. “Yes I Can!”.
